Toolkit provides guidance on conducting a rapid community assessment (RCA), collecting community input on a public health issue to inform program design. The RCA guide, titled "COVID-19 Vaccine Confidence: Rapid Community Assessment Guide," outlines five steps that take place over three weeks: 1. Identify Objectives and Communities of Focus; 2. Plan for the Rapid Community Assessment; 3. Collect and Analyze Data; 4. Report Findings and Identify Solutions; 5. Evaluate Your Effort. The RCA guide is attached in English and Spanish. Additional tools for conducting an RCA, including guidance for different populations, are available at: How to Conduct a Rapid Community Assessment | CDC.
