Toolkit: Success Framework for Adult Immunization Partner Networks

Toolkit provides a framework on building and sustaining partnerships to improve adult vaccination coverage. Health departments and community-based organizations can use the toolkit for health equity focused best practices, checklists and action plans to implement the Success Framework, and case studies on improving vaccine coverage for historically underserved populations.
