Toolkit: Insight About the Flu Vaccination Gap Among College Students and Ways to Increase Vaccination Rates
National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID)
Toolkit provides results from a 2017 survey of 18–24 year old undergraduate students on attitudes, beliefs, and intents around flu vaccination. The toolkit includes a colorful factsheet with survey results and a report summarizing findings from a College Influenza Stakeholder Summit. The summit included subject matter experts from academia, student organizations, professional medical associations, patient advocacy organizations, and industry to better understand the causes behind the flu vaccination gap among college students and discuss ways to close this gap.
