Toolkit: Healthcare Navigation Toolkit to Support Afghan Newcomers (English, Dari, Pashto)

Toolkit includes curated resources to help new immigrants navigate the U.S. healthcare landscape. Resources include factsheets on how to access healthcare and prescriptions and case studies about efforts to address COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy in local refugee and immigrant communities. Newcomer-facing resources are available in English, Dari, and Pashto. While these are focused on Afghan immigrants, they can be customized for other populations. Resources geared toward service providers are available in English.
