Toolkit: Effective Communication to Meet the Needs of Refugees, Immigrants, and Migrants (RIM)

Toolkit provides guides and checklists for implementing communication strategies to engage refugee, immigrant, and migrant communities. Community-based organizations and health departments can use the toolkit to understand the cultural and linguistic needs of communities and leverage traditional and social media for effective communication. The toolkit provides a variety of strategies such as producing public service announcements, creating effective and written translations, and designing communication campaigns.
