Toolkit provides easy-to-follow steps for all levels of an organization to help support employee mental health and well-being. The toolkit provides strategies for developing or improving workplace policies that uplift workers, ensure they are valued and heard, and improve an organization’s overall culture of well-being. The toolkit includes fact sheets, printable resources, checklists, and drop-in articles that can be used to: 1) Cultivate supportive people managers; 2) Develop an employee-driven mental health strategy; 3) Build an impactful mental health employee resource group; 4) Provide and educate employees about benefits and resources; and 5) Find creative ways to think beyond the norms of basic benefits.
