Survey and tool help measure and support worker well-being. The survey, the NIOSH Worker Well-being Questionnaire, is available in English and Spanish and takes 15 minutes to complete. The survey results can be used to 1) set benchmarks internal to an organization, 2) examine changes over time or assess the impact of interventions, and 3) compare results between groups within the same facility or workforce or across organizations or working populations. The survey can be found here: NIOSH Worker Well-Being Questionnaire | CDC. For guidance on developing actions or interventions after using the survey, organizations can use the tool, the Fundamentals of Total Worker Health Approaches. The tool is available here: Fundamentals of Total Worker Health Approaches | CDC.
