Report: Language Access Resource Guide for Asian and Pacific Islander Communities

Report provides health departments and community-based organizations best practices, strategies, and actions to meet the specific language needs and preferences of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AA and NH/PI) communities in COVID-19 response activities. The report provides a roadmap with five steps: 1) Develop a language access plan; 2) Identify and address language needs and preferences; 3) Ensure consideration of NH/PI language needs & preferences; 4) Apply best practices for interpretation and translation; 5) Build workforce capacity.
