Report: Guide to Community-based COVID-19 Vaccination Operations

Report provides real-world guidance on planning community-based vaccination efforts. The report details the essential components and considerations necessary to establish and operate vaccination sites in partnership with community organizations with a focus on equity, access, and cost-effectiveness. Examples of three different community vaccination sites are included (mobile vaccination units, medium walk-up sites, mass vaccination sites) with information on staffing, resources, equipment, and operations flow. While COVID-19 vaccination sites are used in the report, the recommendations can apply to sites set up to provide other vaccines, such as flu.
