Flyer: Flu and COVID-19 Vaccine Ad Campaign (English, Spanish)

Flyer encourages individuals to get vaccinated against COVID-19 and the flu to protect themselves and their loved ones. The flyer provides information on how to schedule a vaccine appointment with the local health department including a QR code to the health department's website, their address, and their phone number. The resource was originally developed for a Regional Transportation Division (RTD) bus campaign in Westminster, Colorado, but health departments can use this flyer as an example to design flyers for other media types (billboards, postcards, etc.) as well.
