Factsheet provides results from a 2024 survey among US adults about knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to pneumococcal disease, influenza (flu), respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and COVID-19. Fewer than 20 percent of adults are worried about being infected with any of these respiratory viruses this fall and winter. A summary of survey results is also available at: 2024 National Survey: Attitudes and Behaviors about Influenza, COVID-19, Respiratory Syncytial Virus, and Pneumococcal Disease | National Foundation for Infectious Diseases.
